The story of the woman at the well, as depicted in John Chapter 4 illustrates to us that the message of Jesus is for everyone. The outcast, those rejected by society, and most importantly the sinner who needs the Lord the most, Jesus comes to them! Like the woman at the well, before our encounter with the Lord we are thinking in the physical, but Jesus speaks to our hearts about the spiritual. And Jesus meets us where we are at.
